The following utilities are not included in rent: 

• Heat
• Hot water
• Electricity
• Internet
• Cable

Heating is hot water radiant in-floor heating, measured and billed monthly by QMC. Hot water is also measured and billed monthly by QMC.

Hot water is through a network of underground piping, Lonsdale Energy Corporation circulates hot water and heat to buildings that are connected to its system.

BBQs are allowed; only electric or propane.
